SPR# WSCN4KDK5X - Fixed address timeout problems on dial-in connections to HTTP on iSeries.

Problem:
To work around this issue, connect to the web server with an ISDN or faster
connection.
This issue was originally reported in Domino 5.0.2 and addressed in Domino
5.0.4. It has also been addressed in Domino 6.0.3.
